We are looking for Sales Account Executive’s that will be responsible for engaging in face-to-face consulting sales. This role will require a dedicated focus on vertical growth in existing accounts and develop new business. Using market research and client discussions you will build a business proposal for using Xerox Canada's state of the art equipment and services within the client’s offices.
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking and social media. Entrepreneurial in self start prospecting
Establish relationships and secure contracts with new and existing customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets - on plan compensation 75-95k
Drive client retention and growth in assigned accounts/territory
Lead Xerox sales management process; account planning and opportunity identification
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
Plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations for assigned accounts/territory
Create and maintain opportunity prioritization and overall account/territory plans
Responsible for revenue and customer satisfaction on assigned accounts/territory
Manage the total customer relationship
Experience and Skills
College or university degree
Retail or hospitality sales/service
previous sales experience
Valid driver's license and a vehicle are required
Able to provide strong customer service, establish relationships, make cold calls
Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Eligible to work in Canada
