What is a Sales Associate?

The role of the Sales Associate is to collaborate with their sales team and the reps/territories, which they support and ensure business targets are met in all lines of business.

The Agency Sales Associate will focus on:

  •  Customer Care & Implementation Support
  •  Aid in Managing hubTGI “Managed Print Services” (MPS) Customers
  •  Drive Lead Generation Through Phone Prospecting and Campaigns
  • Competitive Account focus and Wallet Share Opportunities with Current Customers

Expectations/Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting your territories to ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction
  • Manage the Installation of new devices and scheduling install analyst services.
  • Assisting in internal service escalations and tracking for monthly review
  • Ongoing management of Customer Affairs
  • Monthly Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Participating in all training and sales skill development learning
  • Supporting Reps/Territories when appropriate on Account Reviews, Proposals, Closing Calls, etc.
  • Managed Print Customer Management
  • Ongoing and Regular contact with Managed Print Service customers
  • Quarterly Business Review with each customer in collaboration with Reps
  • Manage/Support full sales cycles opportunities inside Managed Print Service client base
  • Lead Generation and Sales Campaign Management
  • Monthly Customer Sales Campaigns
  • Manage Sales Plays (Formula to create opportunities)
  • Pipeline Growth in all lines of business
  • Focus on new customer lead generation
  • Schedule calls to current customers to arrange Quarterly Business Reviews for/with Reps

  • Maintain a high level of product, solution and services knowledge
  • Greet customers both in person and over the phone and discuss type, quality and quantity of solutions and services required
  • Adapt communication style in order to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals
  • Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary
  • Keep up-to-date records on customer contracts
  • Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques
  • Proven sales ability with capability to meet and surpass targets and goals
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract

Salary Expectations:
